thank you to everybody that ever supported us, passed a kind word our way, or walked through the doors. our days at dB will be coming to a close sunday, it’s all bittersweet.
on a personal note, goodbye to those i wasn’t able to say goodbye to. not so good with the whole goodbye thing. i had a dream and did my best to follow that dream, but life has a strange way of working out sometimes. i wouldn’t trade my days behind the counter for anything and cherish the people i met, got to know and became friends with.
i hope one day our paths will cross again…until then, i’ll just say, see you later.
We received quite a few lovely and wonderful bags from dean. yesterday…so should a new handbag strike your fancy, make your way over and check them out. Besides, it’s beautiful out and the perfect kind of day to go on a walk or a bike ride, so why not do it down East Johnson…
I can’t believe we’re almost to the first day of Summer…must be that we had the longest Winter and seems like we pretty much just skipped over Spring, here in the Midwest.
So being that Summer is upon us, here’s a little diddy about Summer Love…
Yeah, I just posted a Justin Timberlake video…what?
Oh and we also got in our Stussy Summer goods…lots of tees and some swim trunks for the fellas.
Last night turned out to be quite eventful…The first stop was Dance Fabulous for their grand opening party. They had a great turnout, full of the nicest people and the proprietors are two of the funniest people I know. My belly ached a little from laughing so hard.
Next it was off to the Union to see Keenan and Kel…I mean The Cool Kids…really the resemblance is uncanny…
It was actually a pretty entertaining time. Just not sure if it was The Cool Kids or the kids there to see them that were more entertaining. Either way, fun was had, along with drinks and a little dancing…this tends to happen with the drinks.
